Plus, there is the benefit of inside jokes and no one caring, - even embracing, how weird I can be ..........
And then we cook. Stress makes me want to cook, so the people in the house are thrilled, with the cooking that is, not the stress.
Plus , goal this year is no repeating foods. So I need to try out lots of different things.. and I am having the best time

Then we moved onto ham and spinach quiches, it was such a hit I ended up making four of them!
Grating butter is a real time saver!
Dijon Chicken was also a hit
And these lovely granola fruit bars disappeared almost faster than I could get them on the plate!!
And I have discovered that I love, love, love parchment paper!!
